【摘要】:ThispartofISO10845establishesakeyperformanceindicator,intheformofacontractparticipationgoal(CPG),relatingtotheengagementoftargetedlabouronacontractfortheprovisionofservicesorengineeringandconstructionworks.ACPGmaybeusedtomeasuretheoutcomesofacontractinrelationtotheengagementoftargetedlabourortoestablishatargetlevelofperformanceforthecontractortoachieveorexceedintheperformanceofacontract.ThispartofISO10845setsoutthemethodsbywhichthekeyperformanceindicatorismeasured,quantifiedandverifiedintheperformanceofthecontractinrespectoftwodifferenttargetingstrategies:targetingstrategyAandtargetingstrategyB.NOTEAnnexAcontainscommentaryontheclausesinthispartofISO10845.AnnexBprovidesguidanceonhowtodevelopthetargetingdataforaprocurementdocumentusingthispartofISO10845.
