【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationoftheresistanceoffabricscoatedwithrubberorplasticstoozonecrackingunderstaticconditions.Thetestisdesignedtodeterminetherelativeresistancetocrackingoffabriccoatedwithrubberorplasticswhenexposedunderstaticstraintoaircontainingozoneintheabsenceofdirectsunlight.Likeallageingtests,itshouldbeconsideredasameansofcomparingarticlesofthesamecompositionanddestinedforthesameapplication,butnotasanabsolutecriterion.Itispreferabletolimitthesignificanceofthetestbyconsideringitonlyasameansofcontrolwhenafabricattainsaresistancesuperiortoathresholdgivenincomparisonwithacertaintypeofdegradation.Takingtheseremarksintoaccount,theresultsobtainedatthetimeoftestcannotbetakenasapredictionofthelengthoflifeoftheproduct.
