【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandarddescribesfundamentalsofqualitymanagementsystems,whichformthesubjectoftheISO9000family,anddefinesrelatedterms.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletothefollowing:a)organizationsseekingadvantagethroughtheimplementationofaqualitymanagementsystem;b)organizationsseekingconfidencefromtheirsuppliersthattheirproductrequirementswillbesatisfied;c)usersoftheproduct;d)thoseconcernedwithamutualunderstandingoftheterminologyusedinqualitymanagement(e.g.suppliers,customers,regulators);e)thoseinternalorexternaltotheorganizationwhoassessthequalitymanagementsystemoraudititforconformitywiththerequirementsofISO9001(e.g.auditors,regulators,certification/registrationbodies);f)thoseinternalorexternaltotheorganizationwhogiveadviceortrainingonthequalitymanagementsystemappropriatetothatorganization;g)developersofrelatedstandards.
