【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheproceduretobeusedfordeterminingthedeterminingthewhitenessofpapersandboard.ThevaluesobtainedcorrespondtothevisualappearanceofwhitepapersandboardswithorwithoutfluorescentwhiteningagentswhentheyareviewedundertheCIED65daylightilluminant.Itisbasedonreflectancedataobtainedoverthefullvisiblespectralrange(VIS)incontrasttothemeasurementofISObrightnesswhichislimitedtotheblueregionofVIS.Inadditon,itspecifiesamethodforadjustmentoftheUV-contenttocorrespondtotheD65daylightilluminant,insofarasresultsobtainedwhenfluorescontwhiteningagentsarepresentaredependentupontheUV-contentoftheradiationfallinguponthesample.Itisspecificforthemeasurementoffluorescenceintheblueregionofthespectrum.Thismethodisnotapplicabletocolouredpaperscontainingfluorescentdyes.ThisInternationalStandardshouldbereadincontainingwithISO2469.

【摘要】:ThisPartofthisEuropeanPrestandardspecifiesatestmethodtobefollowedfordeterminingthecontributionoffireprotectionsystemstothefireresistanceofstructuraltimbermembers.Suchfireprotectionsystemsincludecladdings,sprayedfireprotectionandcoatings.Themethodisapplicabletoallfireprotectionsystemsusedfortheprotectionoftimbermembers.Thesecanbefixeddirectly,totallyorinpart,tothetimbermemberandcanincludeanairgapbetweenthefireprotectionsystemandthetimbermember,asanintegralpartofitsdesign.EvaluationoftimberconstructionsprotectedbyhorizontalorverticalprotectivemembranesarethesubjectofENV13381-1orENV13381-2respectively.Thetestmethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofthecontributionoffireprotectionsystemstothefireresistanceofloadbearingtimberstructuralmembersandnon-loadbearingpartsoftheworks,includingfloors,roofs,walls,beamsandcolumns.Itisalsoapplicabletotimberstructuralmembersincorporatinginsulatingmaterialsbetweenthetimbermembers,e.g.betweentimberjoistsinfloorconstructions.Thetestmethodanditsassessmentprocedureisdesignedtopermitdirectapplicationoftheresultstocoverarangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionmaterial.ThisEuropeanPrestandardcontainsthefiretestwhichspecifiesthetesttobecarriedouttodeterminetheabilityofthefireprotectionsystemtodelaythetemperaturerisethroughoutthetimbermember,todeterminetheabilityofthefireprotectionsystemtoremaincoherentandfixedtothetimbermemberandtoprovidedataofthetemperatureprofilethroughoutthetimbertestmember,whenexposedtothestandardtemperature/timecurveaccordingtotheproceduresdefinedherein.Inspecialcircumstances,wherespecifiedinnationalbuildingregulations,therecanbeaneedtosubjectreactiveprotectionmaterialtoasmoulderingcurve.ThetestforthisandthespecialcircumstancesforitsusearedetailedinannexA.ThefiretestmethodologymakesprovisionforthecollectionandpresentationofdatawhichcanbeusedasdirectinputtothecalculationoffireresistanceoftimbermembersinaccordancewiththeproceduresgiveninENV1995-1-2.AdescriptionoftherelationshipofthistestmethodandtheassessmentoftheresultsobtainedtherefromtoENV1995-1-2andguidelinesfortheuseofthistestmethodinaccordancewiththatstandardaregiveninannexB.ThisEuropeanPrestandardalsocontainstheassessmentwhichprescribeshowtheanalysisofthetestdatashouldbemadeandgivesguidancetotheproceduresbywhichinterpolationshouldbeundertaken.Thelimitsofapplicabilityoftheresultsoftheassessmentarisingfromthefiretestaredefined,togetherwithpermitteddirectapplicationoftheresultstodifferenttimberconstructionsovertherangeofthicknessesoftheappliedfireprotectionsystemtested.

【摘要】:Thispracticeisintendedtoassistopticalfibercableownersandpipelineoperatorsindevelopingoperatingandmaintenanceproceduresandpracticesforthesecondaryuseofgaspipelinesasconduitsforopticalfibercables.Itmustbekeptinmindthattheprimaryuseofgaspipelinesisfortransportationofnaturalgasandanysecondaryuseofthesystemmustnotmateriallyimpacttheprimaryfunction.Itistheresponsibilityoftheopticalfibercableownerandpipelineoperatortodecidehowbesttointegrateoperatingandmaintenanceproceduresforthepipeline,theopticalfibersystem,andtheopticalfibercablesothatsafetyisnotcompromised,customersareservedinthebestwaypossible,andincrementalcostsareminimized.Sincethepracticeofintegratinggaspipelinefacilitiesandfiberopticsfortelecommunicationspurposesisanewandemergingactivity,thisstandardwillhelpestablishguidelinesforitsrapidandsafedeploymentandwillensurethatthefacilitiesinstalledaremaintainedtooperateonalong-termbasis.1.1Thispracticecoverstheoperationandmaintenanceofnaturalgasdistributionandservicepipelinescontainingopticalfibercableandtheoperationandmaintenanceoftheopticalfibersystem.1.2Thispracticeappliestodistributionandservicelinesusedtotransportnaturalgas.1.3Thispracticedoesnotapplytonaturalgastransmissionlines.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
